After each completed rental, both owner and renter can leave a 1–5 star review. Ratings appear on profiles and listings so everyone can make informed choices.
Rental agreements
We encourage a simple written agreement on dates, deposit and condition — clear expectations prevent disputes.
Item condition photos
Owners should photograph items before handover. Renters should do the same on return. Honest records protect both sides.
